Delivery

  1. The store ships within Poland or abroad after prior arrangement.
  2. Delivery costs are visible when placing the order.
  3. The delivery date depends on product availability and is provided when ordering. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the operation of courier companies.
  4. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery. If damage is found, the Customer should prepare a damage report with the courier.
  5. In the case of shipment with a courier, the Customer receives information about the shipment number, which enables tracking its status online.
  6. If the shipment cannot be delivered, the courier will leave a notice informing you to contact him to arrange a new delivery date.
  7. The store also offers the option of personal collection after prior contact and making an appointment at a designated point.
